The Kosmos Innovation Center, with the Mastercard Foundation, has named the ten winners of its 2026 AgriTech Challenge Pro, after a final pitch on Oct. 29, 2026 that closed a process including field validation, as the Ghana Innovation Journal reported on Nov. 2.
The ten — Angban Life, From a Mother's Kitchen, PriFimps Foods, Kebab Masters, Hibitea and Beverages, GreenFalcon Innovations, Feathery Care, Ecoverse, Ecofert Ghana and Hot Drops — now enter KIC Incubation for support on business models, operations and market expansion.
That support matters, because the expensive part of agritech is rarely the idea. It is deployment: sensors that survive a farm, cold-chain monitoring that works when the network drops, devices in the hands of staff who were trained once and need support again in month three. Field validation was already part of KIC's selection — a sign the centre knows where young agribusinesses usually stall.
A deployment plan written before the equipment ships — sites surveyed, connectivity checked, spares and training scheduled, records kept of what was installed where — is what turns a promising product into an operation that runs through a season.
KSPACE TECHNOLOGIES does that field deployment work: installation, setup, training and support for technology that has to work outside an office.
